The Woogie Bee is a family owned and operated bee business run by Chehalis residents Tim & Sharette Giese and their 5 children. They summer their bees on our farm and we get the benefit of pollination and raw honey to sell to our CSA members. The hard working bees visit everything from the strawberries and peppers to the lowliest clover blossoms in the pasture. It’s all there in the honey, which has a surprisingly clean taste despite its complexity. This incredibly flavorful honey can be purchased via our webstore and added to your CSA box.

This creamery was founded by long-time HJF partner, Selma Bjandottir of Bone Dry Ridge Farm and Keith Fagernes of the Fagernes Dairy (our next door neighbor!). Flying Cow Creamery makes old-fashioned yogurt with no thickeners; just milk and yogurt culture, the way yogurt should be! Keith is a meticulous and talented farmer, his cows graze on the greenest grass you've ever seen, which makes for rich and creamy milk for yogurt. Hands down, this is the best yogurt we have ever tasted!

Mustard and Co. took shape in 2013 on the basis that food is best enjoyed in the company of bold condiments. After months in the kitchen tweaking his original recipe and only minor injuries, Justin Hoffman teamed up witBryan Mitchiner to provide high-quality, minimally processed mustard to the masses. Mustard and Co. emphasizes quality local ingredients and traditional techniques that preserve the mustard seed’s inherent, horseradish-like spiciness.

Brad and Meg Gregory have been making finely hand-crafted fresh and aged cheeses since 2005. Their farm, located in Adna, Washington, is home to about 80 East Freisian, and Lacuane ewes. This healthy flock is pasture-fed as much as the weather permits and supplemented with grain in the milking parlor. Black Sheep Creamery cheeses are fine hand-crafted from the milk of their own flock of sheep and sometimes supplemented with milk from the Tin Willows Farm in Eastern Oregon. This unique combination brings the definition of Terroir (the taste of a place) to your table.
